Hi, I'm Lyndsey. I own and run Signature Aesthetics from my private clinic in Arnold, Nottingham, where I've been providing aesthetic treatments since 2023.
I trained in aesthetic medicine and have spent the past three years working with clients across Nottingham and the surrounding areas — from West Bridgford and Beeston to Carlton, Mapperley, and Gedling. In that time, I've carried out hundreds of anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal filler procedures, and B12 injections, and I've learned that the clients who leave happiest are the ones who felt genuinely listened to before anything else happened.
Why I started Signature Aesthetics
I came to aesthetics after experiencing treatments elsewhere that left me feeling like I was just being pushed through a process. The consultation felt rushed. The results didn't quite match what I'd hoped for. And nobody seemed particularly interested in how I felt about it afterwards.
That experience shaped how I run things at Signature Aesthetics. Every new client starts with a proper consultation — not a quick chat before I pick up a syringe, but a real conversation about what you're hoping to achieve, whether treatment is actually the right choice for you, and what realistic results look like. I'd rather turn someone away and have them think well of me than carry out a treatment I'm not confident about.
My Training and Qualifications
Before treating my first client, I completed comprehensive training across every treatment I offer — including foundation and advanced training in dermal filler, foundation and advanced training in botulinum toxin (anti-wrinkle injections), non-surgical rhinoplasty, vitamin B12 administration, anatomy and physiology, and health and safety in a clinical setting.
I also completed dedicated complications training — covering how to recognise and manage the rare instances when something doesn't go to plan. It's not something any practitioner hopes to need, but I believe it's essential, and I'd be cautious of any practitioner who hasn't trained for it. All of my training is fully certified, and I keep my certificates on file and available to view on request.
My approach to treatments
I work exclusively in non-surgical aesthetics: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers including lip, cheek, chin, jaw, and nasal fold treatments, and B12 vitamin injections. I don't offer a wide menu of treatments I'm not fully confident in — I focus on doing a smaller range of procedures exceptionally well.
I use high-quality, reputable products and operate within current UK regulatory guidelines, including the 2023 changes requiring a prescriber for botulinum toxin treatments. Every client receives an aftercare plan, and I offer follow-up appointments to assess results and make refinements where needed.

I'm based in Arnold, which puts me within easy reach of most of Nottingham. I see clients by appointment only, which means you'll never feel rushed and you'll always have my full attention for the duration of your visit.
