Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty in Nottingham

Non-surgical rhinoplasty — sometimes called a liquid nose job or non-surgical nose job — uses dermal filler to reshape and refine the appearance of the nose without any surgery, incisions, or recovery time. It's one of the most technically precise treatments I offer, and in the right candidate, it can produce results that are genuinely remarkable for a non-invasive procedure.

Using small, precise amounts of hyaluronic acid filler, I can address a range of nose concerns — including bumps on the bridge, asymmetry, a drooping or downturned tip, and lack of definition. The treatment doesn't make the nose smaller, but by adding strategic volume in the right places, it can create the optical illusion of a more refined and balanced nose profile.

I see clients for non-surgical rhinoplasty from across Nottingham — including Arnold, Beeston, West Bridgford, Mapperley, Carlton and the surrounding areas. If you've been considering nose reshaping but want to avoid surgery, a free consultation with me is the right starting point.

What Can Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Address?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is particularly effective for clients with specific, defined concerns rather than a general desire to make the nose smaller. The most common concerns I treat include:

Dorsal hump

A bump or hook on the bridge of the nose. By adding filler above and below the bump, I can create a straighter profile without reducing the bump itself.

Drooping or downturned tip

A small amount of filler placed strategically at the tip can lift a drooping nose tip, improving the overall profile and balance of the face.

Asymmetry

Minor asymmetry in the bridge or tip can be addressed with careful, precise filler placement to create a more balanced appearance.

Lack of bridge definition

For clients with a flatter nose bridge who want more definition, filler along the dorsum can create a stronger, more defined profile.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot reduce the size of a nose or correct breathing difficulties. If these are your primary concerns, surgical rhinoplasty would be the appropriate option and I'll always tell you honestly if I don't think non-surgical treatment will achieve what you're hoping for.

Important Considerations — Safety and Suitability

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is one of the higher-risk filler procedures due to the complex vascular anatomy of the nose. The nose has a rich blood supply, and incorrect placement of filler carries risks that are more serious than in other facial areas. This is why practitioner experience, anatomy knowledge, and a cautious approach matter significantly for this treatment.

At Signature Aesthetics, I carry out a thorough assessment at every consultation to confirm that non-surgical rhinoplasty is appropriate for you and that your anatomy is suitable. I use hyaluronic acid filler exclusively for this treatment — an important safety consideration, as hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. I always have dissolution product available at the clinic.

I won't carry out non-surgical rhinoplasty on clients who have had previous surgical rhinoplasty or previous nose filler that hasn't fully dissolved, as altered anatomy significantly increases the risk profile. If you've had either, please mention this when booking your consultation.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Your appointment begins with a detailed consultation. I'll look at your nose from multiple angles, discuss your specific concerns, and give you an honest assessment of what non-surgical rhinoplasty can and can't achieve for you. I'll only proceed if I'm confident the treatment is appropriate and that we have realistic, shared expectations about the outcome.

The treatment itself typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to keep you as comfortable as possible. The filler is injected in very small amounts with careful assessment after each placement — this isn't a treatment where I work quickly.

Results are visible immediately after treatment, though minor swelling in the first 24 to 48 hours is normal and will settle. Results are temporary — how long they last varies between individuals and will be discussed during your consultation based on your specific anatomy and the areas treated. Repeat treatments can maintain and build on the initial result over time.

Frequently Asked Questions about  Non-surgical Rhinoplasty & Nose Fillers

  • What is non-surgical rhinoplasty and how does it work?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to reshape the nose without any surgery. By placing small, precise amounts of filler in specific areas of the nose, I can correct bumps, lift a drooping tip, improve asymmetry, and add bridge definition. The filler adds strategic volume that creates the optical effect of a more refined nose profile. It doesn't make the nose smaller, but it can significantly improve balance and proportion.

  • Is non-surgical rhinoplasty safe?

In experienced hands and with the correct assessment process, yes. The nose has a complex vascular anatomy, which makes this a higher-risk procedure than filler in other areas — but this risk is substantially reduced when the practitioner has thorough anatomical knowledge, uses hyaluronic acid (which is dissolvable), and carries dissolution product at the clinic at all times. I take all of these precautions and will carry out a full suitability assessment before treating you.

  • Who is not suitable for non-surgical rhinoplasty?

I won't carry out this treatment on clients who have had previous surgical rhinoplasty or undissolved nose filler from a previous treatment, as this significantly alters the anatomy and increases risk. Clients with certain blood clotting conditions or who are pregnant or breastfeeding are also not suitable. This is something we'll cover in your consultation — please mention any relevant history when you book.

  • How long do results last?

Results from non-surgical rhinoplasty typically last between nine and twelve months. The filler dissolves naturally over this period. Repeat treatments can maintain and refine the result. Some clients find results last slightly longer with subsequent treatments as the filler integrates into the tissue.

  • Can non-surgical rhinoplasty make my nose smaller?

No — it cannot reduce the physical size of the nose. What it can do is improve the balance and proportion of the nose in relation to the rest of your face, which can make it appear less prominent. If size reduction is your primary concern, surgical rhinoplasty would be the appropriate option and I'll always tell you this honestly at consultation rather than proceed with a treatment that won't give you what you're looking for.

  • Will it hurt?

I apply topical numbing cream before treatment to minimise discomfort. Most clients describe the sensation as pressure rather than pain. The nose is a sensitive area and some clients notice more sensation than in other treatment areas, but the treatment is completed relatively quickly and most find it very manageable.

  • How much does non-surgical rhinoplasty cost in Nottingham?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty at Signature Aesthetics is priced at £120, which includes your consultation. You can book a free no-obligation consultation with me first to discuss whether the treatment is right for you — there's no commitment required at that stage.s.
